Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
500 g chicken breast sliced or diced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
3/4 lb /375g mushrooms halved then sliced
1 onion thinly sliced

Instructions:
  • First step is In a deep frying pan on medium high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and fry the chicken pieces. Set aside.
