Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons lemon juice (from about 1 lemon)
1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
about 1.25 pounds skin-on salmon fillet

Instructions:
  • First step is Preheat outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Alternatively, preheat oven to 425F.
