Ingredients:
1 Onion, finely chopped
1/2 t Chili Flakes
1 cup Dry White Wine
2 t Fresh Garlic, crushed
2 TB Butter

Instructions:
  • First step is Melt the Butter in a large skillet (with a lid) – saute the Onion, Garlic and Chili Flakes until soft
  • And then, Add the White Wine and simmer until reduced by two thirds – add the Cream and simmer 2 – 3 minutes
