Ingredients:
20 cloves garlic
3 tbsps vegetable oil
2 tbsps white vinegar
1 onion small
24 chilies dried red (Bedgi variety)

Instructions:
  • First step is Remove the stems of the chilies. Wash them well and then immerse them in a bowl of hot water for 2 hours.
  • And then, Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and onion.
